Remembering Chancellorsville

Spotsylvania (WFVA)  -- People from around the country have come to the area to remember the events that occurred here 150 years ago in the Battle of Chancellorsville.   Out-of-state plates from California to Maine lined McLaws Drive last night as historians re-created the meeting at that location when Generals Lee and Jackson mapped out the plan where the outnumbered Confederates would attack the Union. Jackson made his surprise attack later today.  Meantime, the Civil War 150 HistoryMobile will be in Spotsylvania beginning tomorrow. The 53-foot tractor-trailer uses interactive exhibits to tell stories of the Civil War and Emancipation.
