(Caroline County)- A family is homeless after a fire destroyed its home in Caroline County. The fire happened around 8 a.m. yesterday at 305 Burr Drive in Lake Caroline. The residents and a dog were able to safely escape the blaze. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but authorities say it may have started in the attic. (Photo courtesy Frank Hammon)
