Spotsy Supervisors Approve Full Library Funding

(Spotsylvania)- Spotsylvania Supervisors approved 124-thousand dollars in one time finding to fill in a budget gap to the Central Rappahannock Regional Library. The vote last night means the library won’t cut hours at the two county branches. Library officials had said Spotsylvania had stopped fully funding its share years ago. Supervisors Yakabouski and Cebula voted no saying they disagreed with using economic development money. County Administrator Mark Taylor said he favored the library seeking funds in the regular budget process, not now.
