(Fredericksburg)- The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank is trying to ensure that everyone locally eligible for SNAP benefits signs up. Diane Grimes says she’s there to help. She says the forms can be long and intimidating. Grimes says it’s not too complicated but many people see the length and don’t want to go any further. SNAP is name of what was formally food stamps. Grimes says she wants to see people who are eligible to sign-up and helped.
