(Fredericksburg)- Friends of Chatham raised over 11-thousand dollars today after auctioning Chatham Manor inspired art at a Garden Party at Federal Hill on Hanover Street. The art was local. The funds will help Friends of Chatham continue to provide upgrades to the historic grounds.
