Two Banks Robbed In Stafford on Tuesday

(Stafford)- The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is reporting a robbery at the Cardinal Bank, 289 Garrisonville Road in Stafford Tuesday afternoon about 2:45. Bank employees reported that the suspect entered the bank, walked up to the teller window and demanded money. The teller provided the suspect with an undisclosed amount of money. No weapon was displayed during the robbery. The suspect was last seen on foot heading west of the bank.

The male suspect is described as a heavy set black male, wearing a black sweat shirt covered by a black jacket, black pants and black sneakers with white soles. The suspect also wore a Baltimore Orioles baseball cap that is black on the back of the cap and white on the front of the cap. The suspect had a thin goatee.
