DC Traffic Changes for State of the Union

(DC)- Changes in DC traffic around the Capital tonight for the State of the Union address. Capitol Police say all roads will be shut off to drivers and pedestrians starting at 6 p.m. The Capitol will be bounded off by at least three blocks on all fronts — from Columbus Circle to the north, 2nd Street to the east, “D” Street to the south, and a combination of 3rd Street, Louisiana Avenue, and Washington Avenue to the west.
