(Fredericksburg)- Fredericksburg Police are investigating graffiti to seven businesses downtown in the 800 and 900 blocks of Caroline Street, The incidents occurred about 4am on Monday. Store-front windows were targeted. The number 8 was spray painted on some while others there was a thin line.
Video surveillance shows the suspect is a white male, approximately 40 years of age, with dark hair, and is balding at the crown. He was wearing glasses, headphones, and a dark jacket with the number 9 on the back at the time of the incident.
