(Fredericksburg) Fredericksburg Police have identified a suspect for a stalking incident that occurred last week in the Kendalwood Apartments.
On Friday, September 11th at approximately 4:30 p.m., a juvenile reported to City Police that an unknown black male attempted several times to strike up conversation with her at the school bus stop. The suspect made initial contact with the juvenile while she was waiting for her school bus on the morning of Thursday, September 10. The suspect again made contact with the juvenile on the morning of Friday, September 11, while she was waiting for the bus. When the juvenile got off the bus Friday afternoon, the suspect was waiting for her and proceeded to follow the juvenile to her apartment building.
Ctiy Police request assistance in locating 28-year old Zachery Young, Junior. Young is wanted on an active warrant for stalking. Young is 5’9,” 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The investigation is active and ongoing. Anyone with information about Zachery Young, Jr is urged to call the Fredericksburg Police Department at 540-373-3122.
