(Louisa)- The body of a 19-year-old man from Fairfax was recovered from Lake Anna yesterda;y afternoon. The Louisa County Sherriff’s Office says Justin Briggs was last seen on a dock at the lake around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. A dive team from Spotsylvania discovered his body around 5:30 p.m. last night. Authorities say the incident is being investigated as a drowning.
