Pope Francis will arrive in the United States on September 22nd. The Pope’s official itinerary was released today, and his first stop in the U.S. will be in the nation’s capital. He’ll attend a meeting at the White House on September 23rd, and will attend prayers at St. Matthew’s Cathedral and hold mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. The following day, he’ll address a joint session of Congress. The Pope will then head to New York City.
