Minor League baseball has extended the time Spotsylvania and the Hagerstown Suns can negotiate a deal. The new deadline is July 31st. The Suns and the county Economic Development Authority are talking about building a stadium next to CarMax. Board Chairman Chris Yakabouski says the two sides will continue to talk and tweak a deal. Four yes votes will be needed from the seven member board of supervisors. Right now supervisors McLaughlin, Ross and Trampe have said no.
