You get a chance to hear details and comment on transportation funding at a public hearing tonight at 6 at the Germanna Community College Spotsylvania campus. The hearing will cover the state’s Six-Year Improvement Program, which allocates millions for transportation projects statewide through 2021. The plan deals with road, rail, transit, bike and hiking paths. The Commonwealth Transportation Board is scheduled to vote on the six-year plan in June.
