The new bridge being built over I-95 in the Fall Hill Avenue widening project will be named the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Bridge. Fredericksburg City Council approved a resolution last night. There was one no vote. City Councilman Matt Kelly favored naming it for someone local involved in civil rights.
